# Navapatra API documentation > Navapatra is a REST API for kundali (Vedic birth charts), dashas, guna milan, daily panchang and the Nepali Bikram Sambat calendar, for apps in Nepal and India. Base URL https://api.navapatra.com/v1, auth `Authorization: Bearer `, dated versions via the `Navapatra-Version` header (newest 2026-11-01). The public key `demo` works for the sample subjects listed by GET /v1/meta. Every page below is also available as Markdown at the linked URL.
