Paid credits

"Paid credits" means credits you bought. They do not include the monthly free grant, credits returned under "Reporting wrong results" in the terms, service credits, or promotional credits. None of these has a cash value.

Credit packs

• An unused pack is refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 10% of its credits were used.
• If you close your account, unexpired paid credits are refunded pro rata, with a VAT credit note.

Annual plans

• Within 14 days of purchase, an annual plan is refundable on the same terms as a credit pack.
• After 14 days an annual plan is non-refundable, except that we refund unused whole months pro rata if we end the plan for our convenience or under the "Service level" section of the terms.
• The founding-plan price lock ends if the plan lapses.

Expiry

Paid credits are valid for 12 months. We email you 30 days and 7 days before a lot expires, and the dashboard shows the expiry of every lot.

How to ask for a refund

Email hello@navapatra.com from the account owner's address with your organisation name and the payment reference.

Refunds are processed within 15 business days, to the original payment method (bank transfer, or Khalti, eSewa or connectIPS when enabled) or to your bank account. We do not deduct payment gateway fees.
