We take payment by bank transfer, which cannot renew by itself. Prepaid packs fit that, and they never renew without you choosing to.
Paid credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. We email you 30 days and 7 days before a lot expires. The monthly free grant resets each calendar month (UTC) and does not roll over.
An unused pack is refundable within 14 days if less than 10% of its credits were used. If you close your account, unexpired paid credits are refunded pro rata with a VAT credit note.
Prices are shown without VAT. 13% VAT is added at checkout, and the total is shown before you pay. Invoices carry AD and BS dates and your PAN if you provide one.

Compute calls return 402 with the code insufficient_credits and a top-up link. We email you and send a webhook when your balance runs low, before it reaches zero.
